There are a couple of likely explanations:1) The treatment you needed after lasik to avoid dry eyes may have irritated them slightly - lasik often temporarily impedes the function of your tear ducts2) You might have a minor infection in them due to interference during lasik / putting in tear duct plugs / putting eyedrops inNeither of these are anything to worry about as long as they clear up in a month or so, and if they're just a bit irritated (rather than leaking pus or anything) it might take a couple of months for them to settle down entirely.
