Where can i go to get lasik surgery that is covered by health insurance?

It depends if you need the surgery to have better vision and improve your eyes/sight, or if you just don't wanna wear glasses. Just go to a doctor and ask if the surgery will improve your vision/if it'll be beneficial/needed. If s/he says yes, then she will have insurance cover it.

99% of the time, insurance won't pay because lasik is elective. If you have anisometropia, such as farsighted in one eye, nearsighted in the other, this will make glasses impossible so maybe the insurance would help. Alternatively, if you join the army, a military surgeon might give you lasik free because glasses hinder a soldier's combat performance.Beware that lasik is far from safe, there are almost 200 things that can go wrong. If your eyes arent too bad, don't bother with lasik!
