Go to maloneyvision.com it is the website for Dr. Robert Maloney. He is one of the best lasik surgeons in the US and has done most of the FDA trials and he is also the guy that does the Extreme Makeover lasik. He has a book he wrote that is avialable to read free online and he talks about what to look for in a lasik surgeon and what questions to ask and also he has referrals, so if you go there I think that they can refer you to someone int he areas you are looking for.
