LASIK will make your eyes drier for a while after the procedure. Still many people with dry eye have it done since it frees them from needing contact lenses. You need to wait until your eyes are through changing before you have LASIK. Most centers will insist that you are an adult since it is an elective procedure. There is not usually a maximum age but older people often have cataracts which is a reason not to have LASIK.

minimum recommended age by doctors is 21.but you can do at any time you want. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!in terms of dryness you need to see a doctor !!! nobody can tell you in here !

lasik? I dont know what that is, but it seems a little drastic for dry eyes to get surgery. Just get some visine.
