There is no way to cure astigmatism. All you can do is wear glasses or contact lenses, and have the prescription adjusted each year as your vision changes.

I don't know if it's curable but my eye doctor said doing eye exercises could help reduce the severity of mine. Like looking in every direction and things of that nature.

There are contact lenses for astigmatism. There is no magic spell to cure it.
