Im 19 and I wear glasses to see far way things...I think it's called myopia or something...anyway is it really worth it? I mean I could lose my sight and everything....please give me advice!!!! thank you!!

I had the surgery last year and it feels so much better waking up and not having to worry about contacts or glasses. The best is not falling asleep in your glasses or contacts!! I do admit I'm gonna need a touch up or something but thats why I got the life-time annuity plan because being as young as we are, our vision has a big possibility of changing. Thats why I can have it fixed if something goes wrong with it for free for the rest of my lives.

You may be too young for Lasik surgery. If you want to find out, consult a Lasik surgeon and ask.In the meantime, here's a website which will give you a lot of useful information about the operation and the pros and cons. I hope this helps you.

don't try it. i rather be 4 eyed then blind. anyway, glasses make you look smarter

I don't think lasik is worth it for anyone, maybe if you plan to join the army because glasses is a hinderance. Also your only 19 I would just wait a few years for better technology.
