No, myopia is caused by the size and/or shape of your eye. Other than surgery, there is no permanent way to change these. Glasses and contacts will help you see clearly when you wear them. Ortho-keratology is a treatment in which you wear hard lenses at night that temporarily reshape the front of your eye during the day. You would have to be approved by an eye doctor for this.I can't tell what the second part of your question is asking.
