Is it possible to improve your eyesight without lasik surgery?

Evelia
I hate wearing glasses and I'm afraid that if I don't do something soon, my eyes are going to get worse and worse and I might end up relying on glasses for the rest of my life. I don't want to grow up to be an old person who can't even see their own grandchildren. I've seen many advertisements on the internet about buying books that will improve your eyesight, but I don't think they actually work and it's not worth the chance of buying them. Are there any proven natural ways to improve your eyesight? Has anyone actually tried them and gotten REAL results?

i had the see clearly method program and it really does work. i used to wear glasses (ugly ones) then had contacts (dry eyes -_-). then i thought about laser surgery but tried this program. it works similar to the EyeQ program, lots of eye excersies. my vision is great now although ur vision doesnt become perfect after the first excercise. be patient and try it out it works

i've accompnied my bf when he consulted doctor about lasik. see this http://allexperienced.com/lasik/lasik.ht... it roughly summarizes the procedures; and says a bit about post-surgery stuff. hope it helps ;)

There's the SEE CLEARLY METHOD. It's supposedly these exercises that strengthen the muscles that focus your eyes or something. I think they've got a money-back guarantee. I've never done it myself because I don't have the time to devote, but give it a shot and let me know if it really works.

I have to tell you, I have contacts that I wear for a month without taking them out, and after a month I throw them away, and put in new ones. They're called Night and Day, and are so comfortable I forget I wear contacts. I was thinking of Lasik, buy my eye Dr. told me to try the contacts first. Look into them . . . besides, your eyes change naturally over time, so anything you do, including Lasik, will have to be "corrected" from time to time.

I read about new "contact lenses" that are worn at night & gently re-shape the eyeball, therefore improving vision. Ask a professional.
