I figure smoking weed would probably dry out your eyes, and since I am getting lasik where they cut a flap, the idea of my eye being too dry and something getting messed up kind of freaks me out! I was thinking of at least waiting a week before smoking again, but is that too soon? I have no idea...

You can smoke right after. Just use preservative free artificial tears. You should be using those tears 4 times a day or more for one month anyways, you just may need to increase the usage of those.

You should really consult your doctor concerning this. They will know if you should perform any lifestyle changes or suppliment with drops or anything else like that. Good luck to you :)

I would personally wait for two weeks AFTER your final post-op visit. Now, I am not telling you this off the top of my head. I had the procedure done two months ago, and was sitting in the waiting room talking to other post-op patients and the smokers in the group were told by the surgeon to do this. To each their own, of course, but I would wait if I was a toker, uh, I mean smoker....smiling
