I have heart failure and although I have cut my salt intake to the bone and take 180 grams of Lasik my feet are still swelling and it won't be long before I can hardly breathe are there any ways to get rid of fluid without going to the hospital for lasik inter venous

Please walk a little each 3o min and drink plain water. Put your feet above your heart. Do not eat any salt items-dont fool yourself! NO lunch meat, processsed soup etc.. YOU must lose weight. I know it is HARD. If you do not, you will DIE. If you cant get the swelling down by this -you must go to the hospital.You kidneys and heart are suffering NOW. I am sorry, friend.

i was going to suggest limit salt. but i guess you would have to ask your doctor.
