After I had lasik, I just took a couple of days off from working on my computer--and for the next few days after that, then I limited my time on there. That just gives your eyes time to really recoop from the surgery without overworking them. Main thing is, just don't overdo it. If your eyes start to bother you when you're on the computer, then take a break for a bit. Hope that helps!
