How much is lasik eye surgery in nyc?

My bf said he would get it for my birthday..but I want to go somewhere that's at least reputable..but I'm also trying to get this under 3k. Any suggestions? BTW, I am near-sighted..which means I need glasses for driving etc. Dunno if this helps. Thanks in advance!

I think you can get it for $500 per eye ....def find a good surgeon though.
