Without knowing what you need corrected, I can't be more specific about the cost. This is your vision, something you need your whole life. Try not to use the cost as the determining factor. Check your area for accredidted lasik surgeons and just start asking about their payment options. Be sure the Lasik surgeons you interview are board certified by the accredited American Board of Ophthalmology.If you are really pressed for cash, have a yard-sale, sell your car and bus it to work, get a weekend job until you have enough saved, start a spare change jar and put every shiney you see in it, throw a fundraiser!Do not go to a cash advance store because their sky high interest rates will put you in a deeper financial hole. If it was emergency surgery that would be a different story.
