That varies from person to person. Several things can affect post op vision clarity. 1) Post op dryness can decrease visual acuity 2) Inflammation 3) Residual prescription remaining following the procedure. 4) Normal post op healing. So depending upon what is causing your post op blurriness, it may just take time and frequent lubrication or it may actually require an enhancement procedure later on should you not be right on the numbers with your correction.

I had Lasik 3 years ago. As far as I can remember it was only about 2 days before I could see clearly. My eyes were dry but I could see clear. I was able to stop using the re-wetting drops after a few months.
