How do i get rid of spectacles without lasik?Aleida
i have high powered spectacles (-12) how do i get rid of them? i don't want to go for laser surgery at all. any suggestions?

i don't think you can get rid of glasses without laser with such high power. with low powers, doctors suggest eating lots of vitamin A substances like carrot, spinach, lettuce and a couple of eye exercises like closing the eyes, rolling them anticlockwise and clockwise at least 5 times etc. without laser i think its impossible to get rid of glasses with -12 power. try contact lenses. maybe that could help.

I've been eating carrots for a long time. And I'm still have poor eyesight. Carrots don't improve your eyesight just the eye itself. If you don't laser eye surgery try to find a good doctor to do it.
