It is very common to have fluctuating vision quality for a short period after Lasik surgery. Your eyes will have just had microsurgery and they are healing. The healing process can be irregular, providing less than optimal vision during this time. A common condition that exacerbates this fluctuation is Lasik induced temporary dry eyes.
