Mann Berkly Eye Institute in Houston Texas is the best hands down. They did my corrective surgery a few years back and are on the cutting edge of technology.I do not recall the exact price anymore, but chances are it has changed anyway.

You cant get reasonably priced lasiks. You want a qualified surgeon which means more money. Look at TLC eye centers. They are all over the country.go to www.tlcvision.comIf you have insurance it can cost less. It will be able 4, 000 to 6, 000 dollars

Use this link below...it will give you regional averages, national averages and you can look for surgeons.Personally, about three years ago I had a consult with the Refractive Surgery Clinic at the University of Iowa...very good surgeon...great credentials and experience. I do not know what he charges today, and I do not remember (sowwy!!). If I hadn't relocated too far, I was going to have him perform my PRK. Course, I went with experience and not lookin for a bargain price too. This surgeon had come recommended to me by my optometrist.
