Can i get lasik at fourteen?Moira
I have really shitty eyes, -4.75 and -5, and im not sure if theyre going to get worse. is it possible for me to get lasik sometime soon? And my eyes have changed perscription in the past year, getting worse of course, so im not sure if i qualify.

Hi. I have -11.00 in both eyes, so you don't have all that bad of eyesight. I wouldn't do Lasik right now, especially since your vision can easily be corrected with contact lenses or glasses.When you get older, 40s, 50s, it's very possible that your vision will alter and you might need bifocals or trifocals and it won't matter if you've had Lasik surgery.I'm 25 and considered Lasik myself, but when I heard that if I ever had to have bi-or-trifocals, I decided against it.

You should get lasik when your eyes have fully developed so you don't need to do multiple surgeries.

No you can't. Your 14...give your eyes a chance to develop!!

no you need to be at least 24 years old (im guessing 24..definetly over 20)your eyes have not fully developped yet.
